Traffic at a Standstill... Storms to Worsen... Shares
Plummet... Factories Close...
So You Roll Over in Your Bed and Think, "Who Cares!!"
By
Frank Noble
Are you beginning to wonder about that 9-to-5 job of yours? The one your parents put you through college for. The one you've sacrificed home and kids and family
for.
Aren't you just a little tired of having nothing in your pocket at the end of every week? Tired of setting off at dawn to catch an overcrowded train or take your life in your hands on the road.
Tired of soulless bureaucracy, pointless paperwork, endless meetings, interminable reports, incessant email...and phones that never stop
ringing.
Tired of bickering colleagues, of doing your bosses' work as well as your
own...and just fed up with the fact that the harder you work the more
people expect of you.
Can you imagine another 10 or 20, maybe even 30 years like this, with nothing to look forward to but a meaningless promotion
or two and a meagre little pension at the end of it? And yet does it feel like no matter where you look or how hard you try there just seems to be no way out - only more of the same?
Well, you're not
alone... And yes, you CAN do something about it!
In fact, if you start right now you could soon be on the road to a brighter, more optimistic, more prosperous, and much more fulfilling future for you and your family.
Obviously we're not talking about some get-rich-quick scheme where
money sticks to you like iron filings to a magnet - and all without
having to lift a finger. We both know that those things don't
work - at least not where most people find themselves in the pyramid,
at the bottom!
Actually
it's quite straightforward and anyone can understand it. Because if there's one single formula for making money it's this: To make money you have to have something people want and are willing to pay for.
Supply and demand. People demand something. You supply it. You make money. Simple as that!
But supply what? Well. it could be anything; a car, a house, a boat, a hamburger, a haircut, a ride to the airport or a jumbo jet.
But to be specific,
it's information.
And why is information going to make you money? Because at this
very moment there are countless millions of people in the world
looking for some way to better themselves and enrich their lives (isn't that what you're doing
right now too?).
Think
of the information contained in all the magazines you see lining the shelves of your local
newsagents. Magazines about music, sport, politics, movies, computers, finance, relationships, gardens, cooking, crafts, cars, motorbikes...the list is endless! Now think of all those readers - hundreds of millions of them - who are willing to pay for this information and go on paying for it month after month.
It's amazing.
It's even more amazing when you consider that most magazines these days are just
crammed with advertisements. Yet they still sell. Because information sells!
The trouble is, if you're trying to sell information through magazines you have
some serious issues to deal with. Big office, big staff, fickle advertisers,
tight margins, competitive market...
On the other hand, if you sell information over the Internet these
problems fade away. You can deliver information to anywhere in the world and to any number of people at the touch of a button, day or night, and at a negligible - essentially $0 - cost. Your domain name costs less than $20 a year. Hosting costs maybe $5-$25 a month.
Write, package and sell unique information products such as ebooks, software and special reports and
you can name your price. If you think people would be willing to pay $50 or even $100 to get their hands on this information that's up to you.
Now before you rush off to tell me you can't write anything longer than a phone number and can't even programme your VCR (though your 2-year old nephew can) let me assure you that that doesn't matter at all. These days some information products come with full resellers
rights and you can easily buy the rights to others. There are numerous ebooks and courses showing you how to write your own information products and plenty of people willing to joint venture with you and help you put your information on the Web for a share of the profits.
In
fact, no matter what your skill level is, there's a place for you in the infoproducts business.
Actually there's nothing else like it! And you'd be crazy not to take advantage of it!
Why? Because there's a proven system that anyone can learn. And once
you know it you could quite realistically get up in the morning, write a simple report or an ebook about something you know a lot about (or get the reprint rights to someone
else's product), put it up for sale on your website, advertise it to thousands or even hundreds of thousands of potential customers - and be taking orders all on the same day! Other people are already doing it and so can you.
And what's more, you can do it all from the comfort of your own home!
But the best part of all is that all the delivery and payment systems can be put on autopilot so all you have to do is sit back and watch the orders roll in - or find even more places to advertise or more products to sell so you can go on earning even more money!
Now I want you to think about this for a second because I still have to pinch myself at least once to be sure it's true...
Let's say you are Joe the Cabinet Maker from Dayton, Ohio, and you make a beautiful cabinet that sells for $500.
Question:
"Where's your market?"
"Dayton, Ohio."
"And what do you have to do to get your next $500?"
"Make another cabinet."
OK. Full marks.
And even if your cabinet changes hands 20 times over the next 50 years and becomes a valuable antique, you, Joe, won't get a penny extra despite having been the guy who made it. It's a one-shot deal. To double your money you have to make twice the effort.
This is what we've been conditioned to expect all our lives. It's called having a job.
But now you decide to write an ebook or special report called "Secrets of Joe the Cabinet Maker Revealed" and you price it at $50 (you've got good secrets!). You save it on your computer, upload it to a server and advertise it where aspiring young cabinet makers hang out on the Web. Josef the Cabinet Maker from Germany sees your advertisement and buys your product. He downloads it to his computer in a matter of seconds and your credit card processor credits your account with $50.
"Where's your market?"
"It's...it's the world!"
"Correct. And now do you have to go away and create another product to get your next $50?"
"No."
Repeat. No you don't...
José the Cabinet Maker from Costa Rica sees your advertisement and downloads your product. You've now got $100. This happens a few times more and soon you've taken in just as much as you made for that beautiful cabinet - without any additional effort. This is crazy!
And even if a million more cabinet makers from Iceland, Ireland, Finland, Greenland, Scotland, Thailand or Poland download it, it will still be sitting there as good as new on your server waiting to be downloaded a million times more. At fifty bucks a go.
This is called a cash cow! In fact it's even more than that...it's called the goose that lays the golden egg!
Now in the beginning most people don't have the technical knowledge to create an information product and put a system like this in place. So they dip their toes in the business by promoting other people's goods and services from a website or a newsletter. In other words, they join affiliate programmes that pay a small commission.
Unfortunately most affiliates don't make much money. They put up links to dozens of products they're supposed to be promoting and think that great hungry hoardes of customers are going to come pounding on their little links in preference to all the other identical little links on all the thousands of other websites promoting the same thing. Why should they? They've ignored those links a thousand times before so why should they click on yours? It doesn't work like that. And soon these people quit, saying you can't make money on the Internet. That's the bad news.
The good news is that the people who work smart and do something different can make a mint, even on affiliate programmes. It's the old 80/20 rule; 20% of the affiliates make 80% of the
money. Brian Garvin makes $15,000 a month. Lawrence Pryor makes $7,000-$9,000 a month. Frank Garon, a bankrupt truck driver 6 years ago, makes over $130,000 a year. All from affiliate programmes.
But as much as that sounds, the real money comes from owning your own products. Corey Rudl took in more than $5 million last year from his internet marketing courses. Not bad for a guy of 29! Allen Says made $15,000 on a single Sunday. Bob Gatchel made $30,000 in one
weekend - while sitting naked in his hot tub with his wife! Terry Dean made $33,245 in 72 hours. Marlon Sanders makes $20,000-$50,000 a month. Benjamin
Prater made $160,000 in 8 months. Andrew Fox went from £0 to £350,000 per annum inside 2 years. And Dustin Struckman makes $1200 a day, including $400 a night in his sleep! When you own your own unique products you're at the top of the pile. You set your own prices. You have no direct competition. You can recruit hundreds or thousands of affiliates. Now they're working for you, not against you.
So let's say you create your own information product and start making a few sales from your site but the customers aren't exactly breaking down the doors and climbing in the windows. The real secret that will turn your fledgling infoproducts business into a cash cow is to do what the experts do and automate everything. Turn your whole site into a robot. That way you don't have to spend all your time as a slave to the product, manually fulfilling orders, posting ads, chasing traffic and so on and instead can get on with developing other products and working on your promotion strategy.
And how exactly do you go about creating an automatic sales system?
Well, all of the marketers listed above are valuable sources of
information, but personally speaking, one of the best and least
complicated resources I've come across recently is Dustin Struckman's ebook "Automatic Money - Building Your Automatic Money
Machine". It takes you logically through all the steps
involved; how to capture prospects' email addresses,
how to write powerful sales letters, how to build effective sales websites, how to set up real-time online payment, how to follow up, how to track your return on
advertising, how to recruit affiliates to work for you.
Most importantly,
it shows you how to set things up so these tasks take a minimum of ongoing effort on your part.
That's the key. When you've studied it you'll understand how to set up an automatic money making website - just like the experts - from which you can make a killing selling any information product you like.
And
by the way, once you've got your site up and running, I
recommend you visit MoneyHome.com. Some of the
traffic-generating tactics you'll find there have to be seen to be
believed.
At this point I'd like you to take a look at all the "real-world" products you see around you. Think of all the effort that went into manufacturing and selling you your car, your TV, your computer, your desk, your shirt, your shoes, even your lunch. Think of all the people who had to make a tiny little profit at every little step along the away. Think of building all those factories, hiring those employees, shipping those raw materials, manufacturing and packaging all those products and supplying them to you. And think of all the salaries, all the overheads, all the advertising, all the expenses and all the competition draining away profits at every turn.
Now think of the opportunity that lies ahead for you. The opportunity to turn your information, your knowledge, into unique products that cost you literally
nothing. The opportunity to sell those products again and again for $20, $30, $50, even $100 all around the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year. And best of all, the opportunity to do so automatically from your own home - without factories, bosses, employees, unions, offices, bureaucracy, meetings, commuting, pressure, or competition - and for 100% of the profits.
Now look ahead a year or two and think again about supply and demand. A billion people on the Web, all kinds of people with all kinds of problems, all kinds of needs, all kinds of interests (and all kinds of credit cards!). All still hungry for information to better their lives. Information that can be delivered instantly to their PCs.
Will you be the one to supply it? To satisfy their demand and take their money? Or will you leave it to someone else? Now is the time to start
reading and start studying if you want to cash in on the explosive growth in sales of information products that's going to happen over the next few years.
Don't hang back thinking you can't do it. You can! This is such a new medium that even the experts were in short trousers a couple of years ago. All you really need to succeed are determination, honesty, persistence and the right tools.
And one other thing...a good product. Straight honest-to-goodness useful information that makes someone's life better, richer, easier, or more enjoyable.
Put yourself in ordinary people's shoes. What questions are they asking? Probably the same run-of-the-mill questions you ask yourself from time to time; "How can I save money?"; "How can I get a second income?"; "How can I work from home?"; "How can I get a nice new car?"; "How can I be more attractive?"; "How can I get more out of my life?".
Think of the magazines again, the ones you read. What questions are those readers asking, and what do you know that could benefit some of
them?
If you have that information - whether it's because of your job, your
hobby or your philosophy on life, you have a product and all you need are a few simple tools
and techniques to get it out to the people who want it.
Start studying now - and soon you could be reaping the rewards of the ultimate cash cow.
Just like Joe the Cabinet Maker!
